State Financial Assistance for Low-Income Homeowners & Renters

On Tuesday, December 12th and Wednesday, December 13th my office is hosting information sessions for two state programs to help low-income homeowners and renters save money.

• LIHEAP helps individuals and families living on low incomes pay their heating bills in the form of a cash grant.

• The Property Tax & Rent Rebate program returns money to eligible Pennsylvanians age 65 and older; widows and widowers age 50 and older; and people with disabilities age 18 and older.

This Tuesday and Wednesday, from 9am-5pm visit my district office at 3 Terry Drive Suite 200 in Newtown (2^nd floor of Santander bank building) to learn about these state programs.
