A hard to read license plate can give police cause to pull you over and issue a ticket. Senator Steve Santarsiero and Representative Perry Warren are partnering with the local police to complete replacement forms for license plates that are peeling, damaged, or otherwise illegible. Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will replace the license plate for FREE once they process the required paperwork.
