Property Tax/Rent Rebate Clinic

Senator Steve Santarsiero is hosting Property Tax/Rent Rebate Assistance Clinics every Tuesday and Thursday in April at our Newtown office and Doylestown satellite office.

Eligible Pennsylvanians can now apply for rebates on the property taxes or rent they paid in 2025. The deadline is June 30, 2026.

What you need to bring:

• Proof of age if 65 or older
• If you are permanently disabled age 18 – 64 proof of your permanent disability
• If you are a widow or widower age 50-64 proof of your age and a photocopy of your spouse’s death certificate
• Property owners need a copy their 2025 property tax bills
• Renters need a Rent Certificate from their landlord which shows the amount of rent paid in 2025
