Property Tax/Rent Rebate Clinic

Senator Steve Santarsiero is hosting Property Tax/Rent Rebate Assistance Event on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 10:30 am – 2:00 pm at the Morrisville Senior Center located at 31 E. Cleveland Avenue in Morrisville.

Eligible Pennsylvanians can now apply for rebates on the property taxes or rent they paid in 2024. The deadline is June 30, 2025.

What you need to bring:

• Proof of age if 65 or older
• If you are permanently disabled age 18 – 64 proof of your permanent disability
• If you are a widow or widower age 50-64 proof of your age and a photocopy of your spouse’s death certificate
• Property owners need a copy their 2023 property tax bills
• Renters need a Rent Certificate from their landlord which shows the amount of rent paid in 2023
